Buyer FAQ's
Create an account by registering online and getting it approved by providing key information on the company, products etc.
All pricing and discounts are as published on the site.
This could mean we have not yet onboarded a supplier for this product. Send us a note at support@chemdirect.com and let us know more about your needs so that we can get to work for you.
Samples are listed on the platform in the same way as products as the become available.
You will receive tracking updates via email from ChemDirect.com after placing your order. You can also view tracking status in the My Orders section in My Account.
Safety data sheets are available for download on the product detail page.
ChemDirect currently does not ship products outside of the United States.
You should receive your order confirmation email within 5 minutes of placing your order.
If you cancel your order within the allowed cancellation window there will be no penalty associated with doing so. If the cancellation window has expired, cancellations, returns, and refunds will be handled in accordance with the supplier’s order return policy.

Damaged products will be returned to the shipper and either replaced with a new shipment or the order will be refunded to the buyer.
You can also apply your Rewards Points towards purchases.


Supplier FAQ's
First, register on ChemDirect.com using Supplier Sign in and follow the steps to submit the required information within the Supplier Portal. Once your account and products are approved (which typically takes less than an hour) you are ready to start selling.
The terms and conditions of sale link is made available to review and agree to prior to placing an order.
